Function formatQuote

formatQuote(n: number, d: number, locale?: string): string
Parameters
- n: number
  the number to be formatted
- d: number
  number of decimal places
- Optionallocale: string
Returns string
Description
format numeric quote based on selected region and specified decimal length

this function behaves almost similar to formatQuote, except for the fact that it shortens large numbers if zero decimal places are requested
